Tonantzin Candelaria
Miss Turquoise Circuit 2025
Tonantzín Candelaria, proudly serving as the 2025 Miss Turquoise Circuit, is honored to represent the organization and the sport of rodeo—a dream she has long pursued. At 22, she is the daughter of Joaquin and Kyola Candelaria.
A proud Native American, Chicana, and Hispanic woman, Tonantzín carries the stories and strength of her heritage. She is of the Parrot Clan of Laguna Pueblo and the Fox of the East Clan of Santo Domingo Pueblo, and a fourth-generation Chicana with deep roots in the Atrisco Valley and Cubero, New Mexico. ¡Que viva Nuevo México!
Guided by her Christian faith, Tonantzín seeks to honor her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, through her words, actions, and service as a role model.
Alyssa Marable
Miss Rodeo New Mexico 2024
Alyssa Marable, from La Mesa, NM. She is the 26 year old who enjoys
not only being an advocate but also a participant in the sport of rodeo. She is completing her
major in Agriculture Economics and Management at New Mexico State University with hopes to
continue working with and around the sport of rodeo.
Boyce Kraut
Bareback Rider
Raised in Wittman, Arizona, Boyce was born into a rodeo family. His Father came over from Australia to rodeo, where he rode and fought bulls professionally for many years. Growing up he and his brother went to rodeos with their father when they were little, and always participated in clown acts, sheep riding, and then later competing all the way through junior high and high school rodeo together. Boyce competes at the collegiate level as well, for Clarendon College in Texas. He has now moved up the ranks to a professional bareback rider, in the Pro Rodeo Cowboys Association, hoping to make a big splash in the rodeo world!
Ethan Johnson
Bullfighter
Ethan Johnson of Corona, New Mexico, is a seasoned professional bullfighter with the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association (PRCA). With eight years of professional experience, Ethan has earned a reputation for his skill, courage, and dedication in the arena.
He has fought bulls at some of rodeo’s most prestigious events, including the 2023 National Circuit Finals Rodeo, the First Frontier Circuit Finals from 2019 through 2023, and the National College Finals Rodeo since 2022. In addition, Ethan has been a featured bullfighter at the renowned “Wild Thing” Open Bull Riding for nine consecutive years, showcasing his commitment to excellence and his passion for protecting cowboys and entertaining fans.
Whether in small-town arenas or on the national stage, Ethan Johnson continues to exemplify professionalism, grit, and heart in every performance.
